The agency's services and programs are proactive and preventative in nature. Starting Point serves as a community cleaning house for all resources and referrals in Ozaukee. Starting Point is working in the community to prevent or interrupt use by youth before they need treatment for addiction. Starting Point is the starting point collaborating with other community resources to make a difference with the alcohol and drug issues in Ozaukee County.
